A 53-year-old man was arraigned July 25 in connection with an alleged drunk-driving accident in November. The man is facing charges of motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence and manslaughter by motor vehicle.
Five people were injured when two vehicles collided in Tyngsboro around 3:30 p.m. on July 25. The accident occurred at the intersection of Kendall and Middlesex Roads near the western side of Tyngsboro Bridge and significantly damaged both vehicles.
An 18-year-old Belchertown motorcyclist is in the hospital after he collided into a vehicle driven by a 33-year-old woman. While the motorcyclist is in critical condition, the driver and her passenger did not sustain any injuries because of the crash.

The fatal accident took place when convicted woman was driving an SUV and trying to merge onto Route 24 when she crashed into a vehicle that was traveling south. The attack occurred on opening day in 2011 at a game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the San Francisco Giants.
Two men are facing charges of involuntary manslaughter for the 2013 death of a Massachusetts teenager. They were arraigned for their role in the fatal accident on July 9, and both men pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.

A June 27 accident involving two cars and a restaurant left at least one person hospitalized and the restaurant temporarily closed. According to the Eastham Police Department, the crash took place at approximately 11:45 a.m. at the intersection of Route 6 and Old Orchard Road.
A 46-year-old Taunton man was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center after his routine of having morning coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts was interrupted by an out-of-control car. The car struck the pedestrian in front of the establishment and crashed into the front entrance around 11:25 a.m. on June 22.
A 55-year-old man who suffered critical injuries in a car accident in Massachusetts died as a result of his injuries on June 29. According to the report, the head-on collision took place on Route 37 at approximately 1:30 p.m.
