A 17-year-old is facing charges after being involved in a car accident that happened on Monday morning. While these types of car accidents are not that common in Massachusetts, the teen allegedly slammed into a 71-year-old man as he was walking his dog. The man has died and the teen has been charged with negligent driving resulting in death, failure to stay in marked lanes and speeding.
